Meeting of the 3 Towns – Doty, Mountain & Riverview

Mountain Area Ambulance Garage  

Wednesday, March 14th, 2012 @ 7:00 p.m.

 

The Town Boards of Doty, Mountain & Riverview will be meeting on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mountain Area Ambulance Garage (14336 State Hwy 32/64, Mountain, WI 54149).

Each of the Towns’ Board members are invited to the table.  This is a follow-up meeting to the meetings held in February.  The purpose of the meeting is to continue discussion regarding the Intergovernmental Agreement for Emergency Services; and to discuss issues and concerns as they relate to the Agreement.  The suggestions, dialogue and discussion may lead to action.

AGENDA

1. Convene in Open Session.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Roll call of the Towns.
4. 3 Towns decision on FOMAS Reimbursement request.
5. Continue discussion of possible breakdown of expenses.
6. Continue discussion on possible alterations to the agreement.
7. Public Comment.
8. Establish next meeting date, time and place (if needed)
9. Adjournment.
