6-Town Meeting
Breed, Doty, Lakewood, Mountain, Riverview &Townsend
February 25, 2013 

Meeting opened at 6:30pm at the Lakewood Administrative Building 17080 Twin Pines Road by Chairperson Joann Roy with the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call: Breed-VandeWettering, Firgens; Doty-Markusen; Lakewood-Roy, Spletter, Haberstein, Bartles; Mountain-Uecke; Riverview-Hogan, Trosch; Townsend-Rapp, Karow, Bursek.

January 15, 2013 minutes & current agenda were approved by Trosch, Rapp 2nd all were in favor.

Library resolution/letter was presented by committee of Hogan/Kendall/Dutton. Towns agreed to wait for now and see what happens with Outagamee County and possibly getting a letter of support from Oconto County.

Rapp will come up with a letter for Don DeCoster that Towns will not re-sign another contract. Letter will be available for next meeting for all Towns to sign.

Rapp will come up with a fee list for Towns so they know what costs might be for borrowing townsend’s equipment from the 1033 Program at a future meeting.

Hansen was not available to speak on a County variance update. Hogan reported County will be working on new forms with more information on them including physical addresses. County will continue to send information to Clerks.

No Humane Officer update-Hogan requested this be off the agenda.

Business update-Old Rawhide is now TnT’s Russ-Ted Nail.

Other business: VandeWettering had a few questions for other Towns regarding Library, Ambulance, Littering Ordinances and snow plowing.

Next meeting will be in Doty on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 6:30pm.

Trosch motioned ajournment, Rapp 2nd; all were in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:42pm.
