TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
ANNUAL MEETING APRIL 13, 2010
MINUTES
The Annual Meeting was called to order by Chairman Hull at 8:20 p.m. pursuant to WI SS 60.11(1) with 13 voting elector attendees and the full Town Board, including Deputy Clerk/Treasurer. Registration is by poll list pursuant to WI SS 60.11(7).
Pursuant to WI SS 60.41 the 118th Annual Financial Statement is presented and reviewed by Clerk/Treasurer Kauzlaric. Motion to accept by Tony Uecke. Seconded by Wayne Pennings. Motion carried. 12 yes; 0 opposed
Open Book and Board of Review is tentatively scheduled to be completed by July and a request for Board of Review alternates resulted in Patty Hull and mention that Dar Kuschel was on last year.
General concerns addressed included: increase fee for ATV use of Town Roads and allow more time for feedback of surveys; signage on Town Roads that are ATV trails; Road contract with the Town of Breed (plowing only); Road projects for this year and how much of budget is spent on Road Maintenance, repair and paving.
No motions are brought to the floor.
Motion to adjourn by Glenn Bellin. Seconded by Patty Hull. Motion carried. Time is 9:02 p.m.
