TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
BOARD OF REVIEW    MAY 11, 2010
MINUTES

The 2010 Board of Review was convened at 8:34 p.m. in the Town Office pursuant to WI SS 70.47.  Roll call taken with all Mountain Town Board members present as well as Assessor Baker and 0 in attendance.

Verification of notice is done by Chairman Hull with posting done on April 30th and publishing on May 5th.  Appointment of citizen member alternates Patty Hull and Dar Kuschel is made.

Motion to appoint Jerry Hull as Chairman of Board of Review by Uecke.  Seconded by Wirth.  Motion carried.  It is noted by Chairman Hull that he was certified as of 4/24/2009; Uecke and Wirth were certified as of 3/12/2010.

Assessor stated that tax roll is incomplete and reviewed dates for Open Book.  Open Book is determined to be held June 15th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Board of Review will be reconvened on June 22nd with appointments from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Motion to adjourn by Uecke.  Seconded by Wirth.  Motion carried.  Time is 8:49 p.m.
