TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
BOARD OF REVIEW   JUNE 11, 2013

MINUTES

The 2013 Board of Review was convened at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Office pursuant to WI SS 70.47. Roll call taken with all Mountain Town Board members present as well as Assessor Baker and 0 in attendance.

Verification of notice is done by Chairman Hull with posting done on May 24^th and publishing on May 24^th & June 3^rd in the Oconto County Lakes County Beacon and May 29^th & June 5^th in the Oconto County Reporter.

Motion that we appoint Jerry Hull as Chairman of Board of Review by Lauterborn. Seconded by Uecke. Motion carried.

It is noted by Chairman Hull that Board of Review Training Affidavit for Sup. Uecke and Clerk Kauzlaric were certified as of March 23, 2012.

Assessor Baker stated that tax roll is not complete at this time as she is waiting on questionnaire’s to be returned. She hopes to have roll done by Thursday, June 13^th and to Oconto County; reviewed dates for Open Book.

Open Book is determined to be held on Wednesday, July 17^th from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Board of Review will be reconvened on Tuesday, July 30^th with appointments from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Motion to adjourn by Lauterborn. Seconded by Uecke. Motion carried. Time is 6:34 p.m.
