TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
BOARD OF REVIEW    MAY 15, 2012

MINUTES

The 2012 Board of Review was convened at 6:45 p.m. in the Town Office pursuant to WI SS 70.47.  Roll call taken with all Mountain Town Board members present as well as Assessor Baker and 7 in attendance.

Verification of notice is done by Chairman Hull with posting done on April 30^th and publishing on April 30^th in the Lakes County Beacon and May 2^nd in the Oconto County Reporter; with Corrected Notice posted May 1^st and published on May 7^th in the Lakes County Beacon and May 9^th in the Oconto County Reporter.

Motion that we appoint Jerry Hull as Chairman of Board of Review by Uecke.  Seconded by Wirth.  Motion carried.

It is noted by Chairman Hull that Board of Review Training Affidavit for Sup. Uecke and Wirth, as well as Clerk Kauzlaric were certified as of March 23, 2012.

Assessor Baker stated that tax roll is complete at this time and to be taken to Oconto County; reviewed dates for Open Book.

Open Book is determined to be held on Wednesday, June 13^th from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Board of Review will be reconvened on Wednesday, June 20^th with appointments from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Motion to adjourn by Uecke.  Seconded by Wirth.  Motion carried.  Time is 6:50 p.m.
