TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
BOARD OF REVIEW MAY 13, 2014
MINUTES
The 2014 Board of Review was convened at 8:29 p.m. in the Town Office pursuant to WI SS 70.47. Roll call taken with all Mountain Town Board members present as well as Assessor Baker and 0 in attendance.
Verification of notice is done by Chairman Hull with posting done on May 12th.
Motion that we appoint Jerry Hull as Chairman of Board of Review by Uecke. Seconded by Lauterborn. Motion carried.
It is noted by Chairman Hull that Board of Review Training Affidavit for Sup. Uecke and Clerk Kauzlaric were certified as of April 24, 2014.
Assessor Baker stated that tax roll is not complete at this time as there were changes with the WI Department of Revenue and a software change with Oconto County which has delayed the completion.
Open Book is determined to be held on Wednesday, July 30th from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Board of Review will be reconvened on Thursday, August 7th with appointments from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Motion to adjourn by Lauterborn. Seconded by Uecke. Motion carried. Time is 8:34 p.m.
