TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
BOARD OF REVIEW MAY 10, 2016
MINUTES

The 2016 Board of Review was convened at 7:31 p.m. in the Town Office pursuant to WI SS 70.47. Roll call taken with all Mountain Town Board members present as well as Assessor Baker and 20 in attendance.

Verification of notice is done by Chairman Hull with posting done on April 20th and published on April 25th & May 2nd in the Oconto County Lakes County Beacon and April 27th & May 4th in the Oconto County Reporter.

Motion to appoint Jerry Hull as Chairman of Board of Review by Lauterborn. Seconded by Ustianowski. Motion carried.

It is noted by Chairman Hull that Board of Review Training Affidavit was certified for Sup. Ustianowski as of April 30, 2015 and Clerk Kauzlaric as of May 1, 2015.

Assessor Baker stated that tax roll is not complete at this time.

Open Book is determined to be held on Wednesday, June 15th from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Board of Review will be reconvened on Wednesday, June 22nd with appointments from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Motion to adjourn by Lauterborn. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried. Time is 7:33 p.m.
