PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING NOVEMBER 16, 2015
Pursuant to WI SS 60.12 the Public Hearing was called to order by Chairman Hull at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Office with all members of the Board present as well as 2 electors. The Pledge of Allegiance is said.
Notice was posted on October 31, 2015 and published as mandated. Motion to approve the notice by Lauterborn. Seconded by Ustianowski. Motion carried.
The Proposed 2016 Budget – the proposed 2016 budget was available to all present and reviewed in detail by Clerk Kauzlaric. Comments were called for 3 times with no comments heard. No motions are entertained.
Resolution #04-2015 Pertaining to the discontinuance of a platted undeveloped portion of W Zieries Ln – the Resolution with map was available for review with no comments heard. No motions are entertained.
Resolution #05-2015 Pertaining to the discontinuance of a platted undeveloped portion of Dewey Street – the Resolution with map was available for review with no comments heard. No motions are entertained.
Motion to adjourn the Public Hearing by Hull. Seconded by Ustianowski. Motion carried. Time is 6:11 p.m.

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING NOVEMBER 16, 2015
The Special Town Meeting was called to order pursuant to WI SS 60.12 by Chairman Hull at 6:12 p.m. with all members of the board present as well as 2 electors. Motion to approve the notice that was posted on October 31, 2015 by C. Schink. Seconded by E. Hull. Motion carried.
Having just heard the 2016 proposed budget in detail Chairman Hull calls for changes to Proposed 2016 Budget 3 times. Comment regarding consideration for increase in Levy for needed road work. Clerk Kauzlaric reiterates Tax Levy available. Motion to set 2015 Tax Levy @ $318,482.00 by C. Schink. Seconded by E. Hull. Motion carried with no one opposed.
Motion to adjourn Special Town Meeting by C. Schink. Seconded by E. Hull. Motion carried. Time is 6:27 p.m.

Chairman Hull called the Special Town Board meeting to order at 6:27 p.m. with all members of the board present as well as 2 electors. Motion to approve the notice as posted on October 31, 2015 by Lauterborn. Seconded by Ustianowski. Motion carried.
Discuss and adopt the 2016 Budget for the Town of Mountain – Motion to adopt Budget and $318,482.00 as 2015 tax levy by Hull. Seconded by Lauterborn. Motion carried.
Resolution #04-2015 – Discontinuance of a portion of W Zieries Ln – Motion to accept by Ustianowski. Seconded by Hull. Roll Call Vote taken: Lauterborn – Aye; Ustianowski – Aye; Hull – Aye. Motion carried.
