TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING NOVEMBER 20, 2012
Pursuant to WI SS 60.12 the Public Hearing was called to order by Chairman Hull at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Office with all members of the Board present as well as 4 electors.
Notice was posted on November 5, 2012 and published as mandated. Motion to approve the notice by Uecke. Seconded by Wirth. Motion carried. The proposed 2013 budget was available to all present and reviewed in detail by Clerk Kauzlaric. Comments were called for with questions regarding Northern Oconto County satellite office and purchase of chipper/shredder for road crew. Comments were called for 3 times with no other comments made. No motions are entertained.
Motion to adjourn the Public Hearing by Uecke. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried. Time is 6:50 p.m.

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING NOVEMBER 20, 2012
The Special Town Meeting was called to order pursuant to WI SS 60.12 by Chairman Hull at 6:50 p.m. with all members of the board present as well as 4 electors. Motion to approve notice that was posted on November 5, 2012 by R. McClain. Seconded by J. Herman. Motion carried.
Having just heard the 2013 proposed budget in detail Chairman Hull calls for changes to Proposed 2013 Budget 3 times. No additional comments or changes made. Clerk Kauzlaric reiterates Tax Levy. Motion to set 2012 Tax Levy @ $286,587.81 by J. Herman. Seconded by R. McClain. Motion carried with no one opposed.
Motion to adjourn Special Town Meeting by M. Brigham. Seconded by R. Cooney. Motion carried. Time is 6:54 p.m.

Chairman Hull called the Special Town Board meeting to order at 6:54 p.m. with all members of the board present as well as 4 electors. Motion to approve the notice as posted on November 5, 2012 by Uecke. Seconded by Wirth. Motion carried.
Motion to adopt $286,587.81 as 2012 tax levy by Uecke. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn Special Town Board Meeting by Wirth. Seconded by Uecke. Motion carried. Time is 6:55 p.m.
