Town of Mountain

The Town Board of the Town of Mountain is seeking sealed bids for remodeling work to be completed at the Bill Lazansky Community Center.   The remodeling project to include plumbing, electrical, interior and exterior doors, interior finish work, and flooring.  Interested parties should call the Town Office at (715) 276-6474 to set up an appointment to walk through the building, receive Remodeling Specs and review work to be completed with Town Board Member.  Appointments will be set up on Monday, December 30th starting at 9:00 a.m.  If you are interested in the project but not available this day, please call and another appointment time will be arranged that is convenient for all parties.

Proof of insurance must accompany all bids.  The Mountain Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept the bid most advantageous to the Town.

The deadline for submitting bids is 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at the Town of Mountain Office, 13503 Weller Road, Mountain, WI  54149.

Sealed Bids must be received by deadline.
