Dog Licenses

Dog owners in the Town of Mountain, who keep a dog more than 5 months of age as of January 1st of each year, or 5 months of age within a license year, are required under Wisconsin Statute Chapter 174 to obtain a dog license.

License Fees are as follows:
$3.00 for Neutered Males and Spayed Females
$8.00 for Males and Females
$35.00 for a Multiple Dog License for 4 to 12 dogs
($3.00 each for each additional dog over 12)

To obtain a license, complete a registration form, provide copy of vaccination record and send a separate check with the required fee as stated above to the Town of Mountain office.  A tag and license will be returned to you.  You can also pay your license fee in person during scheduled office hours.
