Regular Meeting of Commissioners

Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Chairman Booth. Meeting was delayed due to Chris being on a call and Chairman Booth thought the meeting started at 6:30.

Absent: MAS: Mike Pichotta, Mountain; Jerry Hull, Doty: Bob Gaie
A quorum was present.
Administrators Present: MAS Administrator Chris Schultz
Citizens Present: Mike Rzepka was asked to attend by Chris Schultz
Meeting Posting: Meeting was posted.
Closed Session: Motion was made by Ruth Dehne, Seconded by Judy Wanner to close the meeting and reconvene into close session for interviews / hiring.
The only applicant for the vacant AEMT position created by Matt Miller resignation was Mackenzi Vincent. Mackenzi Vincent was offered the position, motion made by Kathleen McKee, seconded by Ruth Dehne. Mackenzi stated that she would contact MAS with her decision next week if she accepts the position or not.
Adjournment: Meeting was adjourned at 6:43pm. Kathleen mentioned after the adjournment that this would be her last meeting as she is moving to Depere.
Footnote: A week after this meeting, Chris was contacted by Mackenzi Vincent and she declined the job offer.
