Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Chairman Dick Booth.

Absent: No mebers were absent
A quorum was present.

Administrators Present: MAS Administrator Chris Schultz
Citizens Present: None

Minutes of the August 20th 2015 Commission Meeting: Motion made by Judy Wanner, seconded by Ruth Dehne to approve the minutes as presented. Motion carried.

Meeting Posting: Meeting was posted.

Unfinished Business:

Part time position: Chris Schultz reported that there were no applicants to fill the open position. MAS will continue to rely on volunteer members to fill this position.

2016 Budget: Chris Schultz presented the proposed MAS Budget for 2016 totaling $341,566.97. This is an increase of $63,208.00 over last year budget. Increases in compensation for part time employees of $24,321.00 and $22,778.00 for full time employees accounted for the majority of this budget increase.

After review by the Commission, the propose budget was reduced by $10,137.94 bringing the total proposed budget to $331,429.03.

Estimated patient billing revenue of $112,106.19 leaves a balance of $219,322.84 to be paid by the three Towns. Individual Town amounts would be:

This proposed budget of $331,429.03 will be presented to the three Town boards at their monthly meetings in October for approval.
Purchase of a new ambulance will be postponed until 2017.

New Business:

Snowmobile / ATV Registration Fee: Mike Pichotta suggested checking on the availability of registration fee monies to provide emergency services on the trail.
