TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   APRIL 4, 2016

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Hull, Maletzke, Schmidt, and Herman present as well as 1 in attendance; Hertzberg absent. The agenda was posted on April 3, 2016. Motion to approve the Agenda by Maletzke.  Seconded by Schmidt.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting March 1, 2016 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Herman.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.

Conditional Use Permit Application – WICO (Evergreen Park Lot #33) – Representative from Evergreen Park available to answer questions; photos available for home requesting to move in.   Motion to approve by Maletzke.  Seconded by Schmidt.  Motion carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.

Bear Paw Scout Camp right-or-way & property vacate request – Planning Commission members reviewed information available; camp representative not available.  Motion to table until we get more information by Maletzke.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.  TABLED.

Town Ordinance Review/Discussion – Binder with current Town Ordinances/Resolutions provided to all Planning Commission members; discussed how to proceed with review/update; members will review first 3 sections for discussion/review at the May Planning Commission meeting.

Past Determinations / Public Comments – none

Communications – application received from Seneca Foods for IOH for Silver Hill Road

Motion to adjourn by Herman.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.  Time is 7:20 p.m.
