TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   APRIL 8, 2015

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Schmidt, Ustianowski, Maletzke and Herman present as well as 1 in attendance; Hull absent. The agenda was posted on April 7, 2015. Motion to approve the Agenda by Maletzke. Seconded by Schmidt. Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting March 3, 2015 were available for review. Motion to accept minutes by Herman. Seconded by Ustianowski. Motion carried.

CSM – Leo’s Road – Certified Survey Map available for members review; Jess from Northeast Surveying available to explain land division and answer questions. Motion to allow the division by Maletzke. Seconded by Herman. Motion carried. Recommendation to Town Board.

Past Determinations / Public Comments – none

Communications – PC Chairman Herman congratulated Cheryl Ustianowski on her election to Town Board and thanked her for the 2 years of service on the Planning Commission.
