TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   DECEMBER 4, 2012

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Hull, Litscher, Lauterborn, and Herman present as well as 1 in attendance. Maletzke absent. The agenda was posted on November 30, 2012. Motion to approve the Agenda by Lauterborn. Seconded by Litscher. Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting September 4, 2012 were available for review. Motion to accept minutes by Hull. Seconded by Lauterborn. Motion carried.

Rezone Application – Lyle Schaut – Lyle Schaut was available to explain rezone from Residential Single Family to Residential Multiple Family and answer questions from Planning Commission members. Motion to go to Multiple Family instead of Single Family by Lauterborn. Seconded by Herman. Motion Carried.Recommendation to Town Board.
