TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION    December 7, 2010
MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Town Chairman Hull at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Hull, Litscher, Lauterborn, and Herman present as well as 2 in attendance.  Bollenbach absent.  The agenda was posted on December 4, 2010. Motion to approve the Agenda by Herman.  Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting October 5, 2010 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.

Conditional Use Application – Randall Ohlrich – Randall and Vicki Ohlrich available to answer questions.  Motion to approve application by Herman.  Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.

Review ATV/Snowmobile Application-Quince Gaynor– Town Chairman Hull reviewed application received in 2009 for new members; reviewed letter received from Jeff School.  Motion to approve Snowmobile portion of application by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Herman.  Motion carried.  Surveys to be sent out for route.
