TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   FEBRUARY 3, 2015

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Hull, Ustianowski, and Herman present as well as 2 in attendance; Maletzke and Schmidt absent. The agenda was posted on February 2, 2015. Motion to approve the Agenda by Herman. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting January 6, 2015 were available for review. Motion to accept minutes by Ustianowski. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.

Proposed Text Amendments to Oconto Co. Zoning Ordinance – Members reviewed information received from Oconto County regarding proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance; discussed the section regarding required primary structure before any accessory buildings; concern that garages are often put up prior to house for some that purchase property as “cottage”. Motion that we accept this with the stipulation of the accessory building requirements by Hull. Seconded by Herman. Motion carried. Recommendation to Town Board.

Application for Land Division-Hartzheim –Jess from Northeast Surveying Inc available to review CSM and answer any questions. Motion to approve Land Division by Herman. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.Recommendation to Town Board.
