TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION    JANUARY 3, 2012

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Town Chairman Hull at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Hull, Littscher, Lauterborn, and Herman present as well as 0 in attendance.  Chairman Bollenbach absent.  The agenda was posted on December 31, 2011. Motion to approve the Agenda by Herman.  Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting August 2, 2011 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Herman.  Motion carried.

Conditional Use Permit Application-Mary Elaine Neimann (David Wirth, Agent) – David Wirth, Agent telephoned that he was unable to attend meeting due to travel delays.  Planning Commission members reviewed application and discussed issue of other half of building is a tenant rental unit.  Motion to approve Conditional Use Permit application if Oconto County is ok with it being a split tenant building by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Herman.  Motion Carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.
