TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   JANUARY 5, 2016

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Hull, Hertzberg, and Herman present as well as 2 in attendance; Maletzke and Schmidt absent. The agenda was posted on January 4, 2016. Motion to approve the Agenda by Hull.  Seconded by Hertzberg.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting December 1, 2015 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Herman.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.

Conditional Use Application – WICO (Evergreen Park) – Tony available to answer questions and provided pictures of the home for the Planning Commissioner members review; question regarding patio cover size on site plan.  Motion to approve the conditional use application by Herman.  Seconded by Hertzberg.  Motion carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.
