TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   JANUARY 7, 2014

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Hull, Litscher, Maletzke and Herman present as well as 4 in attendance; Ustianowski absent. The agenda was posted on January 4, 2014. Motion to approve the Agenda by Herman. Seconded by Maletzke. Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting December 3, 2013 were available for review. Motion to accept minutes by Litscher. Seconded by Maletzke. Motion carried.

Application for Land Division – Woelfel – Surveyor available to explain CSM; Lot 1 building and septic on Lot 2 property and Land Division is to correct this error; variance approved by Oconto County for less than 100’ of water frontage. Motion to approve Land Division by Herman. Second by Hull. Motion carried.Recommendation to Town Board.

Conditional Use Permit Application – Mountain Stone Corporation – Ryan from Mountain Stone Corporation requesting to renew Conditional Use Permit for Hot mix plant. Motion to approve by Litscher. Seconded by Maletzke. Recommendation to Town Board.

Possible Joint Effort with Town of Riverview for Infrastructure Development – email received from Bruce Mommaerts stating no new information to report and he will keep both towns updated. Tabled until further information received.
