PLANNING COMMISSION    JULY 5, 2011

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bollenbach at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Hull, Litscher, Lauterborn, Herman and Bollenbach present as well as 0 in attendance.  The agenda was posted on July 3, 2011. Motion to approve the Agenda by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting March 1, 2011 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Herman.  Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion carried.

Rezone Application-Risen Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church – PC Member Tom Litscher is Agent for application.  Motion to approve rezoning application by Herman.  Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion Carried.  Litscher Abstained.   Recommendation to Town Board.
