TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   JUNE 2, 2015

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Maletzke, Schmidt, Hertzberg and Herman present as well as 1 in attendance; Hull absent. The agenda was posted on May 31, 2015. Motion to approve the Agenda by Schmidt.  Seconded by Hertzberg.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting May 5, 2015 were available for review.  Correction to remove Ustianowski and replace with Hertzberg for Roll call required.  Motion to accept minutes with amendment by Herman.  Seconded by Maletzke.  Motion carried.

Conditional Use Application – WICO (Evergreen Park Site #44) – Evergreen Park requesting Conditional Use application for 1993 Skyline mobile home; application and pictures available for review; Tony available to answer questions and discuss improvements to be made. Motion to approve by Maletzke.  Seconded by Herman.  Motion carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.
