PLANNING COMMISSION JUNE 4, 2013
MINUTES
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Hull, Litscher, Grandaw-Ustianowski, and Herman present as well as 0 in attendance; Maletzke absent. The agenda was posted on June 2, 2013. Motion to approve the Agenda by Litscher. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.
Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting March 5, 2013 were available for review. Motion to accept minutes by Herman. Seconded by Litscher. Motion carried.
Rezone Application – Kauzlaric – Lynn Kauzlaric available to answer questions; discussed that Dave is looking to start a small engine repair business out of current shop/garage on property (zoning map available and reviewed); Oconto County was contacted today and their suggestion was a Conditional Use Permit with the current zoning based on 14.417 Home Based Business, Home Based Industry and Professional Offices in Homes; Lynn requested that Rezone Application be withdrawn and Conditional Use Application be applied for; PC members agreed to hold Special Planning Commission Meeting on Thursday, June 6th at 5:00 p.m. to review/discuss Conditional Use Application.
