TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   MARCH 1, 2016

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Hull, Maletzke, Schmidt, and Herman present as well as 2 in attendance; Hertzberg absent. The agenda was posted on February 29, 2016. Motion to approve the Agenda by Maletzke.  Seconded by Schmidt.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting January 5, 2016 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Herman.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.

Business Park Lots #4 & 5 Offer to Purchase – Larry Yopp, Jr. President/Owner of Dovetail Const. Inc. & Trillium Group LLC was available to discuss offer and answer any questions.   Motion to approve by Maletzke.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion modified to approve purchase with contingencies listed and proposed price of $2,000 per lot by Maletzke.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.

Business Park Lot #9 Offer to Purchase – Leida was available as representative of Arrowhead Trucking LLC to discuss offer and answer any questions.  Motion to approve offer to purchase lot for $2,000 by Herman.  Seconded by Schmidt.  Recommendation to Town Board.

Motion to adjourn by Maletzke.  Seconded by Schmidt.  Motion carried.  Time is 7:14 p.m.
