TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   MAY 6, 2014

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Hull, Schmidt and Herman present as well as 1 in attendance. Ustianowski and Maletzke were absent. The agenda was posted on May 5, 2014. Motion to approve the Agenda by Herman. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting March 4, 2014 were available for review. Motion to accept minutes by Hull. Seconded by Schmidt. Motion carried.

Conditional Use Permit Application – WICO Inc. (Lot #38) – Agent not available but forwarded pictures of mobile home requiring Conditional Use Permit; PC members discussed appearance of overhang on roof, which appears to be either a cover for transport or rubber roof material. Motion that we can accept that if they fix the piece of siding and clarify if it’s a cover coming off or just clean that up by Hull. Second by Herman. Motion carried. Recommendation to Town Board.

(Lot #39) – Agent not available but forwarded pictures of mobile home requiring Conditional Use Permit; PC members saw the same appearance on roof as first mobile home. Motion to accept with roof be fixed or if cover removed by Hull. Seconded by Herman. Motion carried. Recommendation to Town Board.
