TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   NOVEMBER 3, 2015

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Maletzke, Schmidt, Hertzberg, Hull and Herman present as well as 10 in attendance. The agenda was posted on November 2, 2015. Motion to approve the Agenda by Herman.  Seconded by Maletzke.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting September 1, 2015 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Maletzke.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.

Kennel License Application – Braverman – Applicant and property owner available to discuss plans for Kennel to raise sled dogs for racing; public concerns discussed disturbance of dogs barking (as was with past resident in area); discussion regarding steps to keep dog barking to a minimum.  Motion to table with the contingency that they come back to us at the next Planning Commission meeting to give us an update on position by Maletzke.  Seconded by Hertzberg.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn by Herman.  Seconded by Schmidt.  Motion carried.  Time is 7:46 p.m.
