TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   SEPTEMBER 1, 2015

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Maletzke, Schmidt, Hertzberg and Herman present as well as 3 in attendance; Hull absent. The agenda was posted on August 31, 2015. Motion to approve the Agenda by Herman.  Seconded by Maletzke.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting July 7,, 2015 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Hertzberg.  Seconded by Schmidt.  Motion carried.

Land Division – Rather (S Green Lake Lane) – Jess from Northeast Surveying available to review CSM for Land Divison and answer questions; offer to purchase 5’ piece of property is agreed to and signed; gave Town 3’ of road right of way.  Motion to approve by Maletzke.  Seconded by Herman.  Motion carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.

Business Park Lot #11 Purchase – Letter of intent received from Spanky’s Landscaping Inc.; plans to build on current lot with Lot 11 to expand for landscape stock and possible storage building for equipment.  Motion to approve the Business Park Lot #11 purchase by Herman.  Seconded by Schmidt.  Motion carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.

Past Determinations / Public Comments – comments regarding Yokeum Motors move of repair shop with used car sales.

Next Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, October 6, 2015 @ 7:00 p.m.

Motion to adjourn by Maletzke.  Seconded by Schmidt.  Motion carried.  Time is 7:17 p.m.
