TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION    SEPTEMBER 4, 2012

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Town Chairman Hull at 7:15 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Hull, Litscher, Lauterborn, Maletzke and Herman present as well as 1 in attendance.  The agenda was posted on August 31, 2012. Motion to approve the Agenda by Herman.  Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting January 3, 2012 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Herman.  Motion carried.

Appointment of Planning Commission Chairman – Town Board Chairman Hull appointed Jerry Herman as Planning Commission Chairman.

Conditional Use Permit Application-WICO, Inc. (DBA Evergreen Park-Anthony Widowski, Agent) – Anthony Widowski available for questions/comments; Conditional Use needed for 1990 Wick sectional home (older than County allows); questions regarding condition of home (photos available).  Motion to approve Conditional Use by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Maletzke.  Motion Carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.

Kennel License Application – Andrew & Amanda Seibert – Clerk Kauzlaric stated Amanda is available by phone if any questions; Kennel License for 7 Siberian Husky used for personal dog sledding; PC Member Litscher stated he is familiar with property and there is plenty of room.  Motion to approve it by Litscher.  Seconded by Maletzke.  Motion Carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.
