TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   NOVEMBER 5, 2013

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Litscher, Ustianowski, Maletzke and Herman present as well as 1 in attendance; Hull absent. The agenda was posted on November 4, 2013. Motion to approve the Agenda by Herman. Seconded by Maletzke. Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting September 30, 2013 were available for review. Motion to accept minutes by Litscher. Seconded by Maletzke. Motion carried.

Application for Land Division – Olsen – H. Smith, Surveyor, available to explain land division requested by J. Olsen; change of lot division between his property and lot owned by mother to acquire more land prior to selling of mother’s property. Motion to accept division by Maletzke. Seconded by Litscher. Motion carried.Recommendation to Town Board.

Past Determinations / Public Comments – comments/questions regarding upcoming Public Hearing for N. Anderson Lake Assessors Plat
