TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION July 6, 2010
MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bollenbach at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Hull, Kuschel, Lauterborn, and Bollenbach present; Herman absent; as well as 1 in attendance.  The agenda was posted on July 3, 2010. Motion to approve the Agenda by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Kuschel.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting June 1, 2010 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Hull.  Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion carried.

Application for Land Division – Gerald Bowman – Harry (Jess) Smith from Northeast Surveying, agent for Gerald Bowman, was present to discuss application; Motion to accept application by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Kuschel.  Motion carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.

Building Ordinance Review – members reviewed Town Comprehensive Ordinance along with discussion regarding building requirements listed in Town Comprehensive Plan.  Motion to table for further review of Town Comprehensive Plan.

Past Determinations – none

Communications – Clerk Kauzlaric informed Planning Commission members that a Thank you card was received from the  Bernard Sinclair family for the plant that was sent by the Town of Mountain.
