TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION October 5, 2010
MINUTES
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bollenbach at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Hull, Lauterborn, Herman and Bollenbach present as well as 2 in attendance. The agenda was posted on October 3, 2010. Motion to approve the Agenda by Lauterborn. Seconded by Herman. Motion carried.
Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting September 5, 2010 were available for review. Motion to accept minutes by Herman. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.
Rezone Application – Randall Ohlrich – Randall and Vicki Ohlrich available to answer questions. Motion to approve this to Neighborhood Commercial if that is what the Town sees fit for the right category for this, if that is not correct then it would go to General Commercial by Bollenbach. Seconded by Herman. Motion carried. Recommendation to Town Board.
Conditional Use Application-Meyer– Jerry Hull is agent for William Meyer and discussed plans. Motion to approve by Lauterborn. Seconded by Bollenbach. Hull Abstained. Motion carried. Recommendation to Town Board.
