TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING AUGUST 26, 2016
MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hull at 7:00 a.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Ustianowski, School, Hull and Kauzlaric present, as well as 0 in attendance. The agenda was posted on August 24, 2016. Motion to approve Agenda by School. Seconded by Ustianowski. Motion carried. The Pledge of Allegiance is said.

Recycle Center Future Plans – Sup. Ustianowski shared information received at meeting held in Oconto; discussed expenses if joined Northern Responsible Unit vs. staying with Oconto County; discussed options should Oconto County Board not approve continuation at the September 22nd board meeting. Motion to continue Recycle Center as is by Ustianowski. Seconded by School. Motion carried.

No action taken on following information:
– Northern Oconto County Responsible Unit Recycling Ordinance #2016-02
– Resolution to Adopt Northern Oconto County Compliance Assurance Plan #2016-04
– Recycling Grant Authorized Representative Resolution #2016-03

2017 Recycle Center Hours – discussed traffic times of the Wednesday evening hours in the summer. Motion to change the Wednesday summers hours at the Recycle Center to 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. by Ustianowski. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.

Hearing no other orders of business, Chairman Hull adjourned meeting. Time is 7:12 a.m.
