SPECIAL BOARD MEETING JUNE 26, 2013
MINUTES
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hull at 9:00 a.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Hull, Uecke, Lauterborn and Kauzlaric present, as well as 0 in attendance. The agenda was posted on June 24, 2013. Motion to approve the agenda by Lauterborn. Seconded by Uecke. Motion carried. The Pledge of Allegiance is said.
Liquor License-Kelly Krieger DBA Lakeside Bar & Grill – Application is available for review. Motion to accept by Hull. Seconded by Lauterborn. Motion carried.
Operator’s License-Ball – Application available for review; Clerk Kauzlaric stated that she had received it prior to the June 11th Town Board Meeting but had forgotten it in her bar. Motion to accept by Lauterborn. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.
Operator’s License-C. Kaminski – Application available for review. Motion to accept by Hull. Seconded by Uecke. Motion carried.
Operator’s License – Dollevoet – Application available for review; Clerk Kauzlaric stated this was a new application and certificate of course completion is on file. Motion to accept by Uecke. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.
2013 Road Work Discussion – Sup. Uecke discussed list of roads they felt needed attention sometime soon (South Shore Drive/Y Camp; South Shore Heights; John Lane; Crescent Drive; Bear Paw Road; East McComb Lake Road; East Shore; Whiffen Lane); stated that some roads need crack fill; Chairman Hull discussed setting up a time for Scott Construction to ride the roads they believe need crack fill or possible cold mix on a couple roads; also discussed need for plan going forward for road work to be completed (to discuss this fall); Al to contact Scott Construction & Oconto County for opinion on road work. Tabled to gather information.
