TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MARCH 16, 2015

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hull at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Hull, Uecke, Lauterborn and Kauzlaric present, as well as 1 in attendance. The agenda was posted on March 15, 2015. Motion to approve Agenda by Lauterborn. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried. The Pledge of Allegiance is said.

Town Website Sealed Bids – Board Members reviewed references received; reviewed pricing differences and services offered. Motion that we go with Option One Marketing for web design and services by Uecke. Seconded by Lauterborn. Motion carried.

Fire Extinguisher Maintenance – Board Members reviewed references received. Motion that Northwoods Fire Protection provide fire extinguisher maintenance by Lauterborn. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.

Brush attachment for Tractor – pricing to fix existing brush unit discussed; this would be compatible with used tractor received quote on. Motion we move forward with brush attachment that we have by Uecke. Seconded by Lauterborn. Motion carried.

Resolution #03-2015 Tractor Loan – Quote received from Beaver Machine for used 2009 Case tractor with trade in of New Holland. Motion to buy 110 Pro Case IH Tractor with loan not to exceed 3 1/2 % interest rate by Lauterborn. Seconded by Uecke. Roll call vote taken – Lauterborn-Aye; Uecke-Aye; Hull-Aye. Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn by Lauterborn. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried. Time is 7:39 p.m.
