TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING APRIL 13, 2011
MINUTES
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hull at 5:30 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with all members present as well as 2 in attendance. The agenda was posted on April 12th with Amended Agenda also posted on April 12th. Motion to approve the amended agenda by Uecke. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried. The Pledge of Allegiance is said.
Motion to go into closed session per WI SS 19.85(1)(b) by Wirth. Seconded by Uecke. Motion carried. Time is 5:31 p.m.
Re-convened from closed session to announce/discussed what occurred in closed session time is 6:18 p.m.
Chairman Hull announced that as of closed session we had a resignation by Don Wirth, Fire Chief; accepted by the town board; also a motion to look for an interim Fire Chief that was accepted; currently the Asst. Fire Chief is to take over the responsibilities of the Fire Chief until an interim Chief can be appointed.
Special Town Board Meeting set for Tuesday, April 19th 7:00 p.m. @ Town office
Motion to adjourn by Uecke. Seconded by Wirth. Motion carried. Time is 6:23 p.m.
