SPECIAL BOARD MEETING JULY 20, 2011
MINUTES
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hull at 7:30 a.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with all members present as well as 4 in attendance. The agenda was posted on July 15th. Motion to approve the agenda by Wirth. Seconded by Uecke. Motion carried. The Pledge of Allegiance is said.
Bird’s Eye Aviation – Clerk Kauzlaric presented information received from Bird’s Eye Aviation for consideration of purchasing historical photos. Motion that we present it to the Historical Society by Uecke. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.
Closed Session-Road Crew Employees – Motion to go into closed session per WI SS 19.85(1)(b) by Uecke. Seconded by Wirth. Motion carried. Time is 7:32 a.m.
Reconvene from closed session at 8:51 a.m.
Motion to adjourn by Uecke. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried. Time is 8:52 a.m.
