TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
BOARD MEETING AUGUST 10, 2010
MINUTES
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hull at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with all members present as well as 10 in attendance. The agenda was posted on August 7, 2010. Motion to approve the agenda by Uecke. Seconded by Wirth. Motion carried. The Pledge of Allegiance is said.
Treasurer’s Report was given by Kauzlaric with bank statements available for review. Motion to accept it by Wirth. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.
Minutes of the Town Board meeting held July 13, 2010 were available for review. Motion to accept minutes by Wirth. Seconded by Uecke. Motion carried.
Budget Amendments – none required at this time.
Disbursements were available for all to review check #18900 to and including #18947 for $26,568.91, plus $100.00 loan processing fee from Harris Bank for total disbursements of $26,668.91. Motion to approve the bills by Uecke. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.
Ambulance Report – Chairman Hull discussed meeting will be held on 8/12/10. No motions are entertained.
Fire Department Report was given by Asst. Chief Wirth – 1 meeting and 0 fire calls. No motions are entertained.
Humane Officer Report is given by Rzepka, with 11 calls researched. No motions are entertained.
Cemetery Report – no report. No motions are entertained.
Planning Commission Report – No meeting
Communication File is reviewed and list is signed.
Community Center Ball Park Lights (update) – Chairman Hull is setting up a meeting with WPS estimator to review options. Tabled until further information.
Operator’s License – Carrie Stage – Motion to approve by Wirth. Seconded by Uecke. Motion carried.
Original Alcohol Beverage License Applications-Mountain Marine & Motor Sports LLC –Motion to approve provisional license by Hull. Seconded by Wirth. Motion carried.
Hearing of the People – issues included request for employee wage increase; loud noise from outdoor bands are disruptive at night; update on South Shore Property issue; Sup. Wirth had telephone call for possibility of community service work available in town
