TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MARCH 16, 2010
MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hull at 10:00 a.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with all members present as well as 0 in attendance.  The agenda was posted on March 14, 2010. Motion to approve agenda by Wirth.  Seconded by Uecke.  Motion carried.  The Pledge of Allegiance is said.

Brush Equipment Bids – bids were received from Zarnoth Brush Works Inc. & LA Sweeper for Sweeper brush equipment to mount on plow truck; bids reviewed and discussed equipment currently in use is in need of repairs and purchase would save time it takes to clear roads of gravel; Sweeper would work with hydraulic system on plow truck; also discussed could sell current equipment.  Motion to accept $8,500.00 bid from Zarnoth to put on truck by Uecke.  Seconded by Wirth.  Motion carried.

2008 Property Tax Payment discussion (Closed Session) – Motion to adjourn into closed session per WI SS 19.85(1)(f)by Wirth.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.  Time is 10:16 a.m.

Re-convened from closed session at 10:40 a.m.

Motion to adjourn by Wirth.  Seconded by Uecke.  Motion carried.  Time is 10:40 a.m.
