NOTICE
Town of Mountain
ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE ORDINANCE #01-2013

This notice is to inform the public that the Town of Mountain roads are not open for ATV/UTV use at this time.  The only exceptions are roads that were previously approved and marked as ATV Routes.  Signs need to be ordered, posted and approved by authorities prior to being open for ATV/UTV use.

Please watch for an official notice that the Town of Mountain roads are open for ATV/UTV.  We apologize for any misunderstanding.
