BOARD OF REVIEW    JUNE 28, 2011

MINUTES

The 2011 Board of Review was reconvened at 6:00 p.m. June 28, 2011 at the Town Office pursuant to WI SS 70.47 from May 10, 2011 by Board of Review Chairman Hull.  Roll call taken with Chairman Hull, Sup. Uecke, Sup. Wirth, Clerk Kauzlaric, Alternate Members Laura Anderson and Patty Hull, and Assessor Baker present and 0 in attendance.  Assessor Baker has signed the affidavit in the tax roll.  Verification is given of notice to postings on June 4, 2011 and publishing on June 6, 2011 in the Lakes County Beacon and June 8, 2011 in the Oconto County Reporter.  The Board of Review Member Training Affidavit is for Tony Uecke & David Wirth on March 12, 2010.  Open Book was held on June 22, 2011 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. with 2 persons attending and the tax roll was officially received.  No objection forms have been filed with the Clerk.

Assessor Baker reviews complaint ratio of tax roll is estimated at 101.7% (set by state in August).  Assessor Baker also reviews changes regarding Electronic format of Assessment Data and provides information regarding this.

The Board of Review reviews the tax roll.  No appearance is made during the 2 hour session.

Motion to adjourn by Uecke.  Seconded by Wirth.  Motion carried.  Time is 8:00 p.m.
