TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   MARCH 3, 2015

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office. Roll call was taken with Hull, Schmidt, Ustianowski, and Herman present as well as 1 in attendance; Maletzke absent. The agenda was posted on February 28, 2015. Motion to approve the Agenda by Herman. Seconded by Hull. Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting February 3, 2015 were available for review. Motion to accept minutes by Schmidt. Seconded by Ustianowski. Motion carried.

Road Discontinuance-Portion of W. Ziereis Ln – Members reviewed the petition received from 3 property owners requesting discontinuance of W. Ziereis Ln that is unused north of Arvid Ln; members heard comments from 1 property owner in attendance; discussion regarding need for approval from more than 1/3 the owners for the land fronting the remainder of the road on either end. Motion to go forward with the abandonment of the road way, to send out the notification to the additional property owners that are affected according to the stipulation on the discontinuance by Hull. Seconded by Herman. Motion carried.Recommendation to Town Board.
