BOARD OF REVIEW     JUNE 22, 2010
MINUTES

The 2010 Board of Review was reconvened at 6:00 p.m. June 22, 2010 at the Town Office pursuant to WI SS 70.47 from May 11, 2010 by Board of Review Chairman Hull.  Roll call taken with Chairman Hull, Sup. Uecke, Sup. Wirth, Clerk Kauzlaric, Alternate Members Dar Kuschel and Patty Hull and Assessor Baker present and 0 in attendance.  Assessor Baker has signed the affidavit in the tax roll.  Verification is given of notice to postings on May 24, 2010 and publishing on May 31, 2010 in the Lakes County Beacon and June 2, 2010 in the Oconto County Reporter.  The Board of Review Member Training Affidavit is for Jerry Hull on April 24, 2009; Tony Uecke & David Wirth on March 12, 2010.  Open Book was held on June 15, 2010 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. with 2 persons attending and the tax roll was officially received.  No objection forms have been filed with the Clerk.

Assess Baker reviews complaint ratio of tax roll is estimated at 94% (set by state in August).  Assessor Baker also reviews discussion at open book with owners of properties at end of South Shore Drive.  Also discussed erros in that area with old legal descriptions that are off; Public Hearing would be required with property owners to vote on Plat Survey be completed to correct property descriptions.

The Board of Review reviews the tax roll.  No appearance is made during the 2 hour session.

Motion to adjourn by Wirth.  Seconded by Uecke.  Motion carried.  Time is 8:00 p.m.
