TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
BOARD OF REVIEW    MAY 10, 2011
MINUTES

The 2011 Board of Review was convened at 9:04 p.m. in the Town Office pursuant to WI SS 70.47.  Roll call taken with all Mountain Town Board members present as well as Assessor Baker and 0 in attendance.

Verification of notice is done by Chairman Hull with posting done on April 25^th and publishing on April 27^th in the Oconto County Reporter and May 2^nd in the Lakes County Beacon.

Motion to appoint Jerry Hull as Chairman of Board of Review by Wirth.  Seconded by Uecke.  Motion carried.  It is noted by Chairman Hull that Board of Review Training Affidavit for Sup. Uecke and Wirth were certified as of 3/12/2010.

Assessor Baker stated that tax roll is complete at this time and reviewed dates for Open Book.  Open Book is determined to be held    June 22^nd from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.  Board of Review will be reconvened on June 28^th with appointments from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Motion to adjourn by Uecke.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.  Time is 9:07 p.m.
