Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Chairman Booth.
Commission Members Present:

MAS: Mike Pichotta
Absent: Kathleen McKee, Mountain; Jerry Hull, Mountain
A quorum was present.
Administrators Present: MAS Administrator Chris Schultz
Citizens Present: None
Minutes of the January 15, 2015 Commission Meeting: Motion by Ruth Dehne, second by Judy Wanner to approve the minutes as presented. Motion carried.
Meeting Posting: Chris Schultz verified the agenda had been sent to the three towns for posting.
Unfinished Business:
FEMA Grant: Chris reported that there was nothing new to report.
Billboards: In reply to a question, Chris reported billboards are up and creating interest in joining MAS. Total cost for three months will be $4242.00.
New Business:
July 2015 Part Time Position: Only one person, Andrew Seibert, applied for the position opening up in July when Matt Miller leaves. After interviewing Andrew, a motion was made by Bob Gaie, second by Judy Wanner to offer the position to Andrew Seibert. Motion carried unanimously.
EMS Task Force: Chris updated the Commission members on the workings of the Task Force and progress of SB143.
Adjournment: With no additional business to come before the Commission, Chairman Booth adjourned the meeting at 7:05 pm.
Footnote: A week after this meeting, Chris reported to the Commissioners that Andrew Seibert accepted a job with Nicolet Plastics and will not be accepting the position with MAS. Primary reason for the decision was lack of health insurance with MAS.
