TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
PLANNING COMMISSION   JULY 7, 2015

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Hull, Maletzke, Schmidt, Hertzberg and Herman present as well as 2 in attendance. The agenda was posted on July 2, 2015. Motion to approve the Agenda by Herman.  Seconded by Maletzke.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting June 2, 2015 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Maletzke.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.

Certified Survey Map (2 lots on Schaut Road/South Green Lake Lane) – Jess from Northeast Surveying available to review CSM and answer questions; request for Town of allow current road right of way instead of improving to 66 ft.; discussion to waive possible request for cal du sac at end of road.  Motion to approve the Certified Survey Map as shown by Maletzke.  Seconded by Hertzberg.  Motion carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.
