PLANNING COMMISSION   MAY 5, 2015

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Herman at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Hull, Ustianowski, Hertzberg, Maletzke (by speaker phone) and Herman present as well as 4 in attendance; Schmidt absent. The agenda was posted on May 4, 2015. Motion to approve the Agenda by Hull.  Seconded by Hertzberg.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting April 8, 2015 were available for review.  Motion to accept minutes by Herman.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.

Conditional Use Application – WICO – Evergreen Park requesting Conditional Use application for 1994 mobile home; application and pictures available for review; Tony available to answer questions. Motion to approve Conditional Use Application by Herman.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.

Petition for Zoning Amendment – Lesczykowski – Application available for review; Mark available to answer questions regarding suggested use for dog training services.  Motion to approve the Petition for Zoning Amendment with the condition that the dogs would be board indoors by Herman.  Seconded by Hertzberg.  Motion carried.  Recommendation to Town Board.

Motion to adjourn by Hull.  Seconded by Herman.  Motion carried.  Time is 7:14 p.m.
