TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MAY 5, 2015
MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hull at 5:50 p.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with Hull, Ustianowski and Kauzlaric present, as well as 1 in attendance.  Lauterborn absent. The agenda was posted on June 22, 2015.  Motion to approve Agenda by Ustianowski.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.  The Pledge of Allegiance is said.

Motion made to adjourn meeting until after Board of Review by Hull.  Seconded by Ustianowski.  Motion carried.  Time is 5:52 p.m.

Meeting reconvened at 8:00 p.m.

Community Center custodian – Sup. Ustianowski spoke with current custodian who is still interested in maintenance but may need assistance.  Motion to approve James Vorphal by Ustianowski.  Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion carried.

Operator’s License – C. Ritter – application available for review.  Motion to accept by Hull.  Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion carried.

Operator’s License – J. School – application available for review.  Motion to approve it by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Ustianowski.  Motion carried.

Operator’s License – N. Jensen – application available for review.  Motion to approve it by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.

Sealed Road Bids –

• Single Chipping with Slag on Paved Roads – Motion to accept Scott Construction by Hull. Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion carried.
• Single Chip Seal over pavement – Motion to accept Scott Construction by Hull. Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion carried.
• Double Chip Seal over Gravel – Motion to accept Scott Construction by Hull. Seconded by Lauterborn.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn by Lauterborn.  Seconded by Ustianowski.  Motion carried.  Time is 8:05 p.m.
