TOWN OF MOUNTAIN
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING    MAY 26, 2012

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hull at 7:00 a.m. in the Town Office.  Roll call was taken with all board members present, as well as 1 in attendance.  The agenda was posted on May 23, 2012. Motion to approve the agenda by Uecke.  Seconded by Wirth.  Motion carried.  The Pledge of Allegiance is said.

Liquor License Application – Sue’s Mountain Top LLC was available for review.  Motion to approve by Wirth.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.

Road Bids-Seal Coat Award – Motion to go with Scott on all but the Single Slag, which that would be Fahrner to get that one by Wirth.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn by Wirth.  Seconded by Hull.  Motion carried.  Time is 7:04 a.m.
